AICHELIN China successfully hosted its themed annual party, "Galloping Into a New Journey, Uniting for Greater Glory," in Tangshan on February 6, 2026. Nearly 400 colleagues from AICHELIN Beijing and Tangshan , Nitrex Poland, Nitrex Wuxi, and Marathon Beijing gathered. The event was a time for looking back, greetings, laughter, and anticipation—not just a year-end celebration, but a collective start toward AICHELIN's centennial journey.

Mr. Sun looked back on the journey: the investment and construction of the Shahe factory in 2005, the acquisition of two Tangshan plants a decade ago, and the procurement of new office premises in 2025. More significantly, with the integration of Marathon and Nitrex, the commercial heat treatment business has officially commenced. "Against the backdrop of the current situation in Europe, our leadership has made decisive moves—marked by bold vision and resolute action."
Looking ahead to 2026, Mr. Sun encouraged everyone: "Whether you've been with AICHELIN for one year or forty, let us all pull together in the same direction."
"AICHELIN has entered its most golden and vibrant stage—having outgrown its early years, gained rich experience, and now seeing the path ahead with clarity and composure."
Mr. Ren acknowledged that in 2025, every step—the relocation, acquisitions, and new business initiatives—has laid the groundwork for our " centennial legend." When asked about the timeline for success, his response was resolute: "Don't rush—right away! We've always been on the move, and the future lies right ahead."
He extended his gratitude to every colleague—those breaking new ground on the front lines and those working diligently behind the scenes: "I see and appreciate every effort you make."
2026 marks the starting point of our journey toward the centenary, following four decades of legacy. We aim to be more than a profitable company - we strive to be one that makes every member proud.
"I'm afraid my Chinese is the only thing that hasn't improved," the Chairman opened with humor. He then formally and warmly welcomed the new family members from Nitrex and Marathon, and extended a special invitation to Mr. Robert Sokoliński, General Manager of Nitrex Poland, to join this party.
Speaking about performance, he didn't hide his admiration for AICHELIN China: "Amidst numerous global challenges, AICHELIN China remains the Group's strongest pillar, once again achieves even greater results." He recalled taking over as CEO three years ago, when the China team had just achieved a historic peak. Mr. Sun smiled and said, "It's tough to surpass that"—yet last year, the China team made it happen.
"New Beijing office, the Anhui heat treatment factory, the 40th anniversary celebration, team-building activities across China, the U.S., and Europe... all these major projects advanced simultaneously—and every single one succeeded. This kind of speed, this kind of miracle, can only happen in China."
"I have visited China seven times this year and witnessed every breakthrough. Today, AICHELIN has a new home, new family members, and a new structure—all of this has planted the seeds for the future."
The second chapter of the annual party belonged to the dedicated achievers.
The "Quarterly Stars" for Q4 2025 took the stage first. They are the ones who shone in their respective roles over the past three months. As one award recipient put it: "This honor isn't for one person—it's the collective support of the whole team."
The Suggestion Excellence Award, Most Active Individual Award, and Most Active Department Award were then presented one after another. Each proposal came from the front lines—some fine-tuning processes, others achieving significant cost savings. AICHELIN's progress has never been the vision of a select few—it's the combined wisdom of everyone.
The Quality Knowledge Competition Awards were presented as the finale. Quality is both AICHELIN's bottom line and its calling card.

The celebration kicked off with Chinese New Year's greeting videos from departments—familiar faces on screen, some come from customer busy sites, all joining together to shout "Happy Chinese New Year." Which makes the venue filled with a festive atmosphere.
As the lights shifted, the excitement continued. Employees took the stage with performances they had directed and performed themselves—from choreographed dances to witty sketches, from emotionally charged poetry recitals to creative stand-up comedy. Colleagues who are usually focused and reserved in their daily roles are now transformed into dazzling protagonists on stage. Every carefully crafted detail, every moment of seamless teamwork, drew applause and cheers from the audience. In those moments, there was no distinction between stage and seats—much like the path we've walked together this past year: each contributing their strengths, illuminating one another, and shining as one.
