AICHELIN China Commissioning Department actively organizes a comprehensive technical skills training to cope with the pressure of the projects increases and to ensure the commissioning and acceptance projects are completed as planned in 2021.

On March 18-19, 2021, the two-day commissioning special skills training brought to a successful close. With the controlled of COVID-19, the resumption of production in various industries, and the increasing pressure from commissioning and acceptance projects caused by the steadily rising order volume, this training is so timely arranged based on the situation.

The three front-line technical experts (Mr. Wang Zhiyan, Mr. Gao Ruixin, Mr. Zhang Weidong) presents the training as lectures. The key content involves the basic knowledge and concepts of common heat treatment processes, and the types of controlled atmospheres, Carburizing and carbonitriding principles and common problems, the application of bearing salt bath heat treatment, temperature measurement and control and related standards, etc.

A total of 24 commissioning engineers participated in this training, including new recruits and experienced ones. Through exchange and experience sharing, the commissioning engineer's theoretical knowledge is becoming more understood, the vison becomes more broader, and the problem-solving skill more comprehensive. Especially for newcomers, it helps them having better and deeper understanding of process principles, equipment operations and applications, etc.

In 2021, the direct impact of COVID-19 on the local economy will weaken marginally, and market demand will gradually pick up. Manufacturing and consumption replacing traditional investment and external demand have become the main driving force of economic recovery. In the face of rising orders in the manufacturing industry, how to deal with the increase in projects due to economic recovery? How to ensure the delivery date? How to ensure the commissioning and acceptance projects are completed on time, and even how to meet the needs of the next two years or even longer-term projects? These are challenges that we are facing and must solving. They are also the priority we should consider coming to a satisfactory ending to our customers. So, this training is intended to consolidate and strengthen the existing commissioning team and enhance the professional capabilities of the overall team to lay a solid foundation.

Only professionalism can provide customers with efficient services.

Only professionalism can win the trust of customers.
