Mr. Ren Weifeng, the General Manager, delivered the opening speech and summarized that under the internal and external difficulties in 2018, we all united together to enable the development of the company enter a benign way as well as the challenge and opportunity we will face. Mr. Sun Yifan, the Chairman, sent the festival blessing to all of people. He reviewed the development history of AICHELIN in China, encouraged us to unite together and believed in the power of the company and the brand that all of us would create more outstanding achievements.
The employees who won the “Star of the Quarter” in the 4th quarter of 2018 were commended. Two delegates shared their experience in daily work and delivered good spirit as well as model roles to the old and new employees. AICHELIN ‘LIFETIME CONTRIBUTION AWARD’ which symbolizes the highest honor of AICHELIN CHINA, was awarded to the four retired employees who have devoted themselves to AICHELIN China for more than 15 years and contributed their whole youth here. “If I had another 20 years, I would still be willing to serve AICHELIN.” Said Ms. Shen Yuzhu, the delegate of the four. This deep affection and dedication to AICHELIN is motivated by the recognition and trust of AICHELIN, and it encourages them to keep moving forward and achieve better themselves.
Within a harmonious, relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, the annual party is coming to an end. As Mr. Ren Weifeng, General Manager, said in his summary speech, “Hopefully we remain true to our original aspiration, remain true to the feeling and contribution to AICHELIN. Our value would maximize the embodiments only when we closely together with the development of the company. In 2019, we will be full of pride, join together to achieve the success.
